By accessing and using this website, you are agreeing to follow and abide by the Terms set out below We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, it is advised that you should not continue to use this Website.
The website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit and credit cards, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices are quoted in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Orders take up to 21 days, although we aim to dispatch in 1-2 weeks time wherever possible. Please allow up to 4 weeks during busy periods like the run up to Christmas, Easter, Father's Day, Back to School etc, this allows time for us to make your item to order and Next Day delivery, if you need an item urgently, please do contact us and we'll endeavour to help wherever we can.
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again.
You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient and we are happy to send orders within Europe.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
The majority of our products are dispatched Royal Mail Tracked 48, where customers recieve an email and SMS (if a mobile number is provided on the order) with tracking information. If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
To make things simpler, there are 2 postage costs in the UK:
- Parcels over 2kg eg. 2 Robe Dressing Gown Sets £5.00 48hr Tracked.
- All other items £3.99 48hr Tracked.
- FREE delivery on orders over £60.00.
Collections can be made in person by pre-arrangement from our Studio in Rolleston-on-Dove.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply get in contact with us either via the contact page or on the telephone.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
- You have approved a design proof with a mistake in it.
For non-personalised goods - If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense, within 30 days of delivery. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. There is a re-stocking fee of 5% to return non-personalised goods, this is to cover the card transaction fees we are charged. Postage can not be refunded.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us - this does not cover any design proof you have approved with an error in it.
To cancel an order we've already worked on, eg. created design proof for, an amount reflective of that time will be charged if the order is cancelled beofre the item is created and refunded.
By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered an incorrect size.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer services team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.
When we create your personalised Teddy Bears, we always send a design proof for you to approve before starting embroidery. This is to ensure all information and spellings are correct. If after approval of the design proof, a mistake is noticed on your item when it arrives, whether your error or ours, we can not be held responsible, so please check carefully as sadly, once these are created they can not be changed at all and the only option is to purchase and make a replacement at your cost.
Design proofs can be amended until signed off a maximum of 2 times, after this a fee will be charged to cover design time for further amends.
If you change your mind and cancel your order after you've received your design proof but before your bear is made, you will be given a refund minus a fee to cover the time spent creating your design.
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on a visitor's hard drive while they are visiting this website. We may utilise a short-lived form of cookie when you visit this site. A cookie is only used to identify one unique visitor from another visitor during a particular session. A session is the period of active site-use while that unique visitor is linked to our server. We may use cookie technology during a session as a tool to carry forward your input information during the enrollment process. This enables the visitor to input their information once and have the information appear later during the enrollment process. No personally identifiable information is stored on the cookie. Specifically, the following Cookies are or can be in use:
